Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
  • Possible Delays: Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, high order volume, or unforeseen logistics issues.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. Delivery availability may vary based on location.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected locations and orders. Customers must be available at the delivery address. Repeated order refusals or non-acceptance may result in COD being restricted for future orders.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information may be treated as Return to Origin (RTO).

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect.

14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including personal care or hygiene products once opened, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for quick resolution.
